This post shows how I have analysed two double page spreads of my genre. This allowed to me to research into typical convention of a rock magazine and will help me to create a double page spread which meets their wants. I have used the website thing link for the beady eye cover and used power point to analysis the bitten by the bugg cover.
This analysis has made me decided I want a headline that uses capital letters, an introduction to the article that is separated to the main article, a pull quote which has a different colour background. And a image that takes up majority of a page or a full page.
